I am directed by Mr Secretary Chamberlain to inform you that, pending the receipt of further instructions, he approves of your receiving formerly of the Hongkong Govt Service, H.B. by from Fur W. B. Lethbridge monthly/quarterly instalments & at the current rate of Exchange his contribution of $160 per annum to the W80 Pension Fund of that Colony with arrears from the 30th July 1897.
